About Jeff
Jeff grew up in Smiths Falls, Ontario, home of the Hershey factory. He got into cycling by doing 20km rides with his dad and trusty dog to their cottage on the Big Rideau Lake. Jeff came out to Vancouver for university and quickly became interested in road racing. He joined the dEVo youth development program in 2004 and started racing both on the road and the track at the Burnaby Velodrome. He credits the dEVo program for getting him introduced and hooked on road racing.
In April 2006 Jeff finished his Bachelor of Arts at Simon Fraser University in Political Science and History. He currently works as a sub-contractor in litigation research, and also as an instructor at the Burnaby Velodrome. While not on the bike Jeff enjoys reading the newspaper, watching the Ottawa Senators and snowboarding.
