POITRAS TAKES WORLD CUP SCRATCH RACE OVERALL
Following on the heels of two consecutive criterium victories, I just found out I was tied for the overall World Cup Scratch Race rankings for the 2004/2005 Track World Cup season.
I am currently in Calgary where I will be representing Rocky Mountain/PowerBar at the Tim Hortons National Track Championships. Racing commences Thursday, June 30th with the Individual Pursuit and Scratch Race, followed by the Pursuit finals on Friday and the Points Race on Saturday. Racing will culminate Sunday with the Keirin.

Following this week's racing in Calgary, I will head directly to Kamloops where I will join the Symmetrics Cycling Team for the Tim Hortons National Road Championships and then it's back home to contest BC Superweek (Tour de Delta, Gastown and White Rock).
Many thanks again to everyone for their continued support.
I will keep you posted with my Track Nationals results throughout the week.
