MISSION: We are a non-profit bike club dedicated to sustaining three streams: organizing fitness oriented club rides, fostering youth cycling development and supporting the local race scene.

VISION: Following the LTAD model, our vision is to develop a club of enthusiastic, fitness oriented, and high performance cyclists.

VALUES: Courage, commitment, teamwork and inclusivity are at the core of our youth programming, group rides and racing.

We acknowledge that EV/DEVO, through our various programming, operates on the traditional unceeded territories of many First Nations in British Columbia.
